What this page will contain
Once published, the manual will set out the particulars the Act requires: our contact details and those of the Information Officer, the records we hold and the categories they fall into, how to make a request for access, the prescribed forms and fees, and the grounds on which a request may be refused along with the remedies available to you.
Requesting information in the meantime
You may still make a request. Write to hello@costinsight.co.zadescribing the records you are seeking and how you would like to receive them, and we will respond within the periods the Act allows.
