Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS on every connection, encryption at rest on databases and file storage, and encrypted off-site backups taken daily.
Two-factor authentication
Authenticator-app 2FA for every user, enforceable company-wide by an administrator.
Roles and least privilege
Give a clerk invoicing only, or an accountant read access to the ledger. Permissions are per company and per module.
Immutable audit trail
Posted documents are never silently edited — corrections happen through credit notes and journals, and every change records who and when.
Export on demand
Full CSV and PDF export of ledger, documents and attachments at any time, including after cancellation.
